The open joint-stock company ‘Central Ring Road’ was founded on the 18th of October 2005 on the initiative of Moscow Region Government to be involved into projects execution in the field of infrastructure building on terms of public-private partnership.

The mission of our company today is the enhancing of economic and social attractiveness of the Moscow Region by means of developing the transport net and infrastructure, improving living standards of people.

The Moscow Region is one of the most dynamically developing regions of Russia. Undoubtedly, the economic growth leads to the population growth, the dynamics of labor recourses, freight-traffic volumes, level of motorization. Everything mentioned above caused serious traffic difficulties. Nowadays the roads of only the Moscow Region are used by about 1,5 million cars a day. Severe traffic jams have already become a matter of routine.
Economic losses and extra expenditures connected with difficulties arising while shipment of cargo are significant enough, to say nothing of psychological pressure on population and damage from road accidents.
In order to improve the current situation there was made a decision to carry out the project of Central ring road construction.
