The open joint-stock company ‘Central Ring Road’ was founded on the 18th  of October 2005 on the initiative of Moscow Region Government to be involved into projects execution in the field of infrastructure building on terms of public-private partnership.
   The said practice, aimed at effective developing of the road infrastructure, is widely spread abroad. Commercial organizations established and governed by state authorities allow for coordinating the activity of all the participants involved into building and exploitation of objects, making proper decisions, supervising the timely performance of work.

   Company’s participation in projects execution has an advantage, namely, a substantial reduction of the preparation period. The company uses advanced governmental principals, aimed at the achievement of strategic state interests as well as good commercial results.
   JSC ‘CRR’ can not only co-ordinate activity of contractors, but also carry out a part of functions independently. The company has all the necessary licenses, namely, licenses on making projects, building, conducting prospecting works and realization of cartographical activity.

   The mission of our company today is the enhancing of economic and social attractiveness of the Moscow Region by means of developing the transport net and infrastructure, improving living standards of people.

Within the framework of the project on Central ring road construction the main goals of the company are as follows:
•    to develop a basic approach to CRR construction in accordance with concepts and programs aimed at the development of Moscow and the Moscow Region, town-planning documentation; 
•    to provide a complex development of road and surrounding territories by construction and further exploitation of infrastructure objects;
•    to coordinate the interaction between private capital and state authorities taking part in business referred to CRR construction and exploitation;
•    to provide the transparency of processes connected with CRR construction and exploitation, with the development of surrounding territories.
